  • Corriander powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilly – as per ur taste (If u like green chilly u can add it)
  • Cilantro and few mint leaves
  • Potato – 1 (cooked and mashed)
  • Green peas – 1/4 cup
How to make:

  • Cook the eggs with enough water(10 mins). Remove the shells and cut them into half.
  •  Heat some oil and saute the sliced onion for a while (until brown). Add the ginger and garlic paste and the chopped green chilly.
  •  Now add the tomato paste / tomato. Add all the masala powders and fry for few more minutes.
