Ingredients
- Eggs – 2
- Puff pastry sheet – 2
- Onion – 1 sliced
- Tomato paste – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger/ garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
- Corriander powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly – as per ur taste (If u like green chilly u can add it)
- Cilantro and few mint leaves
- Potato – 1 (cooked and mashed)
- Green peas – 1/4 cup
- Cook the eggs with enough water(10 mins). Remove the shells and cut them into half.
- Heat some oil and saute the sliced onion for a while (until brown). Add the ginger and garlic paste and the chopped green chilly.
- Now add the tomato paste / tomato. Add all the masala powders and fry for few more minutes.
- Add the mashed potato , chopped cilantro ,mint and salt and mix everything together. Cook for 2 more minutes and turn off the heat.
- Now take the pastry sheet and place a spoon of prepared masala and half of the boiled egg (cut side down). Press the edges (make sure the masala wont come out while baking)
- preheat the oven to 350degree and bake it for 15 mins(time may vary depending on your oven). Serve it hot.
