Ingredients:
- Beetroot - 1 grated
- Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
- Yogurt/plain curds - 1.5 cups
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- salt - as per taste
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Oil -1/2 tsp
- Dry chillies - 2
- Curry leaves - 4-5
- Take grated beetroot & greenchillies in a bowl add a bit of salt ,chillypowder and cook in microwave for 3 mins.
- Now mix the onions to the bowl
- Take some oil in a pan and put all the other remaining ingredients and just when the mustards starts pluttering add it to the bowl with beetroot and mix everything uniformly.
- Now add curds and mix properly.The dish is ready to be served.
