Ingredients:
- Small raw papaya peeled and coarsely grated
- Green chilies slit
- 1/4 tsp each Cumin & Mustard seeds
- 2 pinches Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter.
- Add green chillies, stir, add papaya.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well, remove from fire.
- Cool, serve with papdi.
