Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Mint leaves
- Put the tomatoes in a pan.
- Pour sufficient water and boil.
- Add mint and salt to the boiling mixture. Boil for about 10 minutes.
- Cool and blend the tomatoes with the help of a mixer.
- Sieve the blended mixture to remove the seeds and skin.
- Tomato soup is ready to serve.
