Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tspn dried mint
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Take a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and mayonnaise and whisk to blend completely.
- Now add rest of the ingredients, mix together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
