Discription: spicy tomatos with garlic flavour.
- Ingredients
- Ripe Tomatos - 4 (liced into small pieces)
- Onion(small) - 1 (finely cut)
- Tamarind paste - 1 spoon ( dissolve and add as per taste)
- Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
- asefetoda powder - 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil - 2 spoons
- For Soup Powder:
- Black peppercorns - 1 spoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
- garlic flake - 1
- Garnish:
- Curry leaves & Cilantro or coriander leaves.
How to make Tomato pepper soup
- ming rice or relish as
- Powder the pepper, garlic and cumin seeds and keep aside.
- Pour oil in kadai, add the asefetoda powder and then the mustard and let it splatter.
- Now add the tomatos, add the turmeric powder, salt and saute for 2min and slightly mash it.
- Add little water and then add the tamarind and the made soup powder.
- Now add 2 cups of water and bring to one boil and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with Curry leaves and cilantro.
- Enjoy with stea
- plain soup.
