Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Allow to stand for about 1/2 an hour.
- Serve alone or as a side dish.
