Tomato pepper soup Recipe

Discription: spicy tomatos with garlic flavour.

  • Ingredients
  • Ripe Tomatos - 4 (liced into small pieces)
  • Onion(small) - 1 (finely cut)
  • Tamarind paste - 1 spoon ( dissolve and add as per taste)
  • Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
  • asefetoda powder - 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 2 spoons
  • For Soup Powder:
  • Black peppercorns - 1 spoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
  • garlic flake - 1
  • Garnish:
  • Curry leaves & Cilantro or coriander leaves.

How to make Tomato pepper soup

  1. ming rice or relish as
  2. Powder the pepper, garlic and cumin seeds and keep aside.
  3. Pour oil in kadai, add the asefetoda powder and then the mustard and let it splatter.
  4.  Now add the tomatos, add the turmeric powder, salt and saute for 2min and slightly mash it.
  5.  Add little water and then add the tamarind and the made soup powder.
  6. Now add 2 cups of water and bring to one boil and switch off the flame.
  7.  Garnish with Curry leaves and cilantro.
  8. Enjoy with stea
  9. plain soup.
